At Hush Puppies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Items

Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the warehouse inspects the goods.
